REFUND POLICY

1.1 Cooling Off Period

Your registration for the event will be cancelled if you notify us in writing within five (5) working days after signing up that you no longer wish to receive our seminar services by delivering or sending (including via email) a cancellation notice to us (hereinafter referred to as "Cancellation Notice"). We will then refund all or part of the money you have paid to us under this Agreement within fourteen (14) working days from the date we receive the Cancellation Notice.

1.2 Cancellation

Toffeedev reserves the right to cancel the Seminar Services for any reason by providing written notice to you. You agree that if the seminar services are cancelled by us, you are only entitled to a refund of the payment you have made to us without interest, and you shall not be entitled to claim any costs, expenses, losses, damages, or other liabilities that may arise as a result of such cancellation. You further agree that we shall have no further liability to you in respect of the cancellation.

1.3 Refunds

By signing up, you acknowledge that you are not entitled to and will not claim a refund other than by strict compliance with Clauses 1.1, 1.2, and 1.4 hereof. You further acknowledge that any request for cancellation of the seminar services after the cooling-off period mentioned in Clause 1.1 above will be subject to the sole discretion and approval of Toffeedev. If Toffeedev agrees to the cancellation, you will be charged a cancellation fee of IDR 50,000 from the seminar fee for the seminar services you registered for. Cancellations are only allowed up to 30 days before the seminar.

1.4 Ticket Transfer

If you are unable to attend the event you have booked and paid for, you are eligible to transfer your ticket to a nominated new attendee, provided that you give us written notification that includes the full contact details of the new attendee you have nominated. This written notification must be submitted to us at least fourteen (14) working days before the event date, and no administrative fee will be charged.If you wish to transfer and attend a different seminar than the one you have booked and paid for, you are required to provide written notice at least fourteen (14) working days before the event date, which will be subject to approval by Toffeedev.
